You will need:
1 Cup of Vegan Mario's Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix 3⁄4 cup of water
1. Combine and whisk together the Mix and water until ALL lumps disappear. The mix will be very "runny" at first but quickly begin to thicken.
2. Cover your dough and let it rise until it has doubled, filled with air and is soft to the touch. This time will vary depending on your ambient temperature. Overnight is a great amount of time.
3. Roll out your dough out with a pin, or press by hand to a 12" diameter circle.
4. Top with your favorites.
5. Bake on a pizza stone at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
