Purchasing *overnight shipping* means your package will ship with a UPS Next Day label. 

VERY IMPORTANT: Overnight orders will arrive the day after we ship them. You will not receive the order the day after you place it. Our products are made to order and take time to create and in many cases, ferment.

We guarantee NO ship-by dates. We fulfill orders in the order that they come in, and on a rolling basis.

PLEASE NOTE: WE EVER SO STRONGLY RECOMMEND ORDERING VIA UPS AS THEY ARE THE MOST RELIABLE CARRIER OPTION. WE HAVE NEVER ONCE HAD AN ISSUE GETTING A UPS NEXT DAY AIR OR 2ND DAY TO ITS DESTINATION SAFELY AND ON TIME.

SINCE WE ARE A TEAM OF TWO PEOPLE WE DO NOT HAVE THE MANPOWER TO CONTACT THE MAIL PROVIDER AND TRACK DOWN YOUR PACKAGE IF THERE IS AN ISSUE. YOU WILL BE PROVIDED A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE WE SHIP AND IF SOMETHING COMES UP IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE CARRIER (ONLY USPS HAS CAUSED ISSUES IN THE PAST) IF ANYTHING ARISES.

WE CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS DEEPLY, WE JUST DON'T HAVE THE RESOURCES TO WORK ON CARRIER ISSUES. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

REFUND POLICY: WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS. WE ARE CONFIDENT IN THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS. If you do not like sour foods, it's possible you will not like our fermented products.

CANCELLATION POLICY: WE KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO MAKE ORDER REVISIONS AND CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER SUBMISSION. ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND THE CREATION PROCESS TAKES DAYS AND EXPENSIVE INGREDIENTS. WE AREN'T ALWAYS ABLE TO CANCEL ORDERS IF THE PROCESS HAS ALREADY BEEN STARTED.

SHIPPING POLICY: IF A PACKAGE IS LOST AFTER WE SHIP IT OR COMES LATE, WHICH DOES OCCASIONALLY OCCUR, Vegan Mario's WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE.
